DEKA VII Multipoint Fuel Injector Characteristics Study

چکیده
A saturated injector driver is a power transistor circuit that turns fully on, and electrically saturates for the entire duration of pulse width. This type better used with injectors having high resistance coils (12~16 Ohm). The advantage this generated heat dissipated through not circuit. circuitry simplified compared to peakand-hold (which requires sinks dissipate electrical load).

Experimental study of the diesel injector nozzle sediment effect on fuel spray behavior
High pressure amount of fuel in new generation diesel engines’ injector equipped with multiple and small nozzle holes has created significant improvement in the outgoing spray behavior and engine performance. On the other hand, poor fuel quality and injector nozzle embedded in high temperature combustion chamber form fundamental deposits on the nozzle leading to fuel spray inappropriate behavio...
متن کاملUser and clinician perspectives on DEKA arm: results of VA study to optimize DEKA arm.
This article summarizes feedback from Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) subjects and clinicians gathered during the VA optimization study of the DEKA Arm. VA subjects and clinicians tested two DEKA Arm prototypes (second-generation [gen 2] and third-generation [gen 3]). Features of the prototypes in three configurations are described. DEKA used feedback from the VA optimization study and from...
متن کاملIntegration Technologies for Silicon Carbide-BasedCeramics for Micro-Electro-Mechanical Systems-LeanDirect Injector Fuel Injector Applications
Advanced joining approaches are critically needed for the fabrication and integration of silicon carbide-based micro-electro-mechanical systems lean direct fuel injectors for jet engines. Diffusion bonding of silicon carbide with titanium interlayers offers advantages such as uniform application/surface coverage and no flow of the interlayer or the reaction formed phases during joint processing...
متن کاملNovel design for transparent high-pressure fuel injector nozzles.
The efficiency and emissions of internal combustion (IC) engines are closely tied to the formation of the combustible air-fuel mixture. Direct-injection engines have become more common due to their increased practical flexibility and efficiency, and sprays dominate mixture formation in these engines. Spray formation, or rather the transition from a cylindrical liquid jet to a field of isolated ...
